- Hotels: CSBBCS has reserved rooms at the hotels listed below. See below for instructions on how to complete your reservation. All three hotels are 20-25 minute walking distance from campus.

- We have reserved a block of Studio Suites ($155+ applicable taxes/night) at the Cambridge Suites Hotel.
- Studio Suites are 375 square feet and feature a queen bed, pullout sofa, kitchenette and working desk area. Rates also include complimentary continental breakfast, high speed internet and local calls.
- You can make your reservations a few different ways:
- Call their toll free line at 1-800-565-1263 to book their room under the conference name, or booking ID # 7089 (this will take 1 business day to get all set up)
- Book online through our website, under “Book using Group Rate code”. The group rate code is 7089; password is 3252.
- If participants want to book pre and post conference dates, or would like to inquire about an upgraded suite, they will need to contact us directly by phone.
- E-mail us at reservations1@cambridgesuiteshotel.com, indicating the conference name, booking ID and name and credit card.
- The Halliburton - Halifax's Historic Boutique Hotel: The Halliburton is an "interesting" alternative in upscale lodging in downtown Halifax, Nova Scotia. Our intimate setting, the history of our buildings and our welcoming staff will set the perfect stage for your visit to our city. On a quieter street in downtown we are a short stroll from the historic Halifax waterfront but still close to popular restaurants and shops. Many historic attractions such as the Maritime Museum of the Atlantic and Pier 21 are within a ten-minute walk. Our rooms range from intimate to extra large and all guests feel very much at home relaxing in our cozy library (with complimentary Internet) or in our sunny garden courtyard for our "serve yourself" honour bar.

- Please note that all of their guestrooms require climbing one to two sets of stairs. They do not have an elevator, and rooms may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
- As in most historic hotels, their rooms vary in size, décor and building location.)
- Dalhousie on-campus residence:
- We have reserved some single and some double (twin) rooms in Risley and Howe Halls, respectively.
- The rate for a single is 43.85/night; for a double is 67.85/night.
- These rates include: Destination Halifax marketing levy, HST, linen, towels & regular membership privileges to Dalplex Athletic Facility

- Getting to Halifax:
- Air Canada and Westjet both fly into Halifax from across Canada.
- Westjet has given conference delegates a discount of 10% on the lowest regular airfare for travel to and from the conference. In order to receive this discount you need to call WestJet to make your reservation 1-877-952-4696 and give them the code CC6381.
